True to DL belief that QA is its arch nemesis (DL clearly never does QA before releasing anything), it hasn't been tested and yes doesn't work when you log in and click through to it using the UI. Instead, login first, then go to
https://www.delta.com/edoc and re-login again. Then you will see it. That's the only way to make it work and show.
