Canceled Flight Credit/Rebooking
I booked a flight for my wife, later canceled it, and now have a credit of about $700. Can I use that credit on more than one flight, or does it have to be the same itinerary? If it has to be the same itinerary, can I book two round trips as a multi-city itinerary?
I don't have the terms of the credit or anything. I was told I would have to call in and provide the old ticket number when booking a new flight. |
You need to provide more information. If it is an unused flight then only she can travel on it with or without a change fee which can be waived based on the circumstances. She can generally use it for one or multiple trips. Normally she has to complete travel by the ticket expiry date but in some cases she merely has to book travel by the expiry date and travel within the 330 days after. If it is a voucher starting with 006064 then she and someone traveling with her on the same itinerary can both use up the amount. If it is a voucher starting with 006054 then only she can use it. |
