Currrent stats: 8.9" today at MSP airport, with 13"+ in some spots. It's still snowing.

Somewhat surprisingly, rush hour traffic looked good for both morning and evening today, presumably because so many people worked from home.

As of now, 31.5" for this month, making it the snowiest February ever (by a big margin) and the tenth snowiest month ever at MSP. Two storms to go (at least) before the month ends, although it's looking like MSP isn't right in the center of their crosshairs, but of course that can change.

Today 130 flights were cancelled (all airlines, not just DL) and tomorrow is expected to be bad at the airport.

Looks to me like the other side is doing pretty well. It's just that our DOT guys have common sense and don't send 5 plow guys to plow one section of highway at the same time. There's not even that much snow there... Cars can't drive on top of that? And don't even make the excuse that there's a lot of snow there, the amount of snow in front of the plow is built up and would over exaggerate your point. 5 plows creates more of a bottleneck in traffic and more issues than if you were to use 1-2 plows at at a time.
