That sounds too risky. I think the safest option is to apply the lateral vascular restraint until she blacks out and goes limp then roll her into the aisle allowing safe and comfortable exit to use the facilities. On return press the call button to notify flight attendants your neighbour appears to be intoxicated and has passed out on the floor so they can suitably be arrested on arrival as a reasonable consequence for causing you such inconvenience.

Sounds like your attempts to wake her up failed.
That's not the same as 'wouldn't let me pass'
From what I can tell you never touched her, which if you need to wake someone, usually a tap on the shoulder would do the trick.

I pop the oxygen mask drop downs open with a paper clip so mine and the offending pax are dangling before us. I put mine on then violently shake the pax awake while screaming “WE’RE GOING DOWN!!!”

Also, I had chosen an aisle seat. Due to an act of God, Delta rerouted and the new flight (by a partner airline to India) put me in a middle seatr, stating that the flight was full!

Many times! First time, she was fully awake and talking to her friends. Late teen/early 20s she just ignored me. You all would have seen movies with invisible characters. I was one of them standing up, talking, and asking to be "let out"!
One thing I definitely didn't do is to touch the person. I always even keep a pillow as a buffer zone!
