I thought I would share this with the community in case the same thing applies to anyone else. I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I could not find the same issue in another thread. Upon earning Platinum Skymiles Medallion status last year, I received some drink vouchers. They came, as expected, with an expiration date of 01/31/2019. I used all but one of them. Upon making Diamond status for the current year, I earned four more vouchers, which I would have expected to have an expiration date of 01/31/2020. However, only one voucher appeared in my wallet with an expiration date of 01/31/2020. The others have an expiration date of 01/31/2019. I used the one with the 2020 expiration date last week, thinking that maybe I was just experiencing a glitch with the date display. However, all four of my new vouchers are set to expire today.

This is not correct, is it? I have contacted Delta customer service, but have not yet received a reply.

After seeing this, I just checked mine and they are showing the Jan 31, 2019 date as well.

I requalified for DM status in December and can't imagine that they meant to issue vouchers that are only valid for a month. Hopefully some new ones post tomorrow.

I just posted about this in another Thread "choice benefits". I had 4 yesterday in my account as well. I believed they were new and expired in 2020. Today (Feb 1) where I am, the vouchers are gone. I'm not sure if they will reappear or not.

I think they add new ones at the start of the program year. I currently have 12 in my wallet -- all with an expiration date of 1/31/19.

Maybe, but I'm not sure why I would have had one from December with an expiration date of 2020. Also, mine are all gone now.

I received four when I made GM during the second half of 2018. All with 01/31/2020 expiration dates. I only used one, leaving me with three. Now I notice they have added four more to my "Wallet" giving me a total of seven. ALL have the 01/31/2020 expiration date. Sounds like an IT glitch for some users.

All of mine expired and disappeared this morning, like everyone else. I just contacted DL on Twitter, and they instantly issued me four new coupons, expiring in 2021.

Mine are there but expire 1/31/19.

I got 4, expiring 1/31/2020 when I requaled for GM last November, but checked today and there are another 4 with the same date. Not that FA's bother to scan them 3 times out of 4...

I have none showing in the app, but I logged in the website (today 2/2) and it's showing 2 vouchers with exp date of 1/31/19 LOL.

I just got 4 new ones added this morning or last night expiring 1/31/20. The 12 expired ones are still there as well.
