Delta customer support computer outage (1/16)
I just had 2 reps at the diamond desk tell me their computers were down, and they were unable to check fare bucket availability, with a hope of having systems back up within an hour. Not sure exactly which systems are down.
Delta.com doesn't seem affected.

Or in other words, while inventory (if accurate) can be seen, nothing can be actually booked at this time, it appears (at least, IME and from what I've been told). So the reservation system is down at least as far as making new reservations/ticketing goes entirely, apparently.
