Delta's HND (and Asia) strategy is really annoying.
I can only get to HND from LAX (no NRT flights) and they don't have a lounge for non-J class pax. It's really frustrating to be on a main business route as a DM and not have a HND lounge available.
Plus the connections to TPE/BKK are long gone and until recently I can get to TPE only now on KAL (without having awful MQM/MQD earnings).
