Question - does this count toward the Amex Plat fee credit?
I cannot get to the pricing options page. Probably since I have already qualified for DM. When Gary Leff said that Diamonds were not eligible to participate, I had hoped that it meant purchasing up to the DM level was not permitted.

More reason for another wry smile the next time I see DL, or someone here, imply that the airline is interested in "thinning the herd" at the higher levels.

Now, some hapless GM will be able to buy-up to PM, and be in the 40's on the UG list rather than being in the low 80's. Lucky them.

Why would anyone fly anywhere for In-N-Out? I wouldn't drive down the street for that nasty slop.

Your wife's a toddler? Talk about robbing the cradle!

Got the same. I'm sitting at 40,000 MQM and I'm currently debating on rolling over and earning GM mid-2019, or starting as GM with 0 MQM.

I have several friends who swear by it so I send Snaps of it when I go there on my west coast trips. It's good but the Culver's Pub Burger is way better if you're looking for fast food.

That's what I get for reading fast - stats and status are pretty close.

Anyway, that would make sense. I'll end up with 90k MQM, 74 MQS, and $8k MQD with a MQD waiver for up to PM.

I requalified for DM earlier in November: no offer for me.

I have offers that match Adelphos
In my case, I'm 19,500 from GM (and met the MQD), so even if I wanted to buy up I couldn't

Current FO: 33,846 MQM, AMEX MQD waiver

Offered $599/799/999/1199/1399/1599, same as Adelphos.

Even buying the max wouldn't get me to GM.

I only need 6,230 MQM for PM (it's been a down year for my travel). I don't need MQDs and I have no way of making it on segments. Why not offer me just MQMs? Or maybe I should take a MR.

I would guess rolling over would be the better choice if you know you can hit GM by June or July.
