If I book a ticket on AeroMexico but flight is operated by Delta.
If I book a ticket on AeroMexico but flight is operated by Delta, How Do they calculate the MQDs? 40% from distance flown as a partner or something else? (I will fly in Business) I'm 1.7K MQDs short this year.

Correct. It's based on the marketing carrier so an AM flight number would be distance based. All AeroMexico business fares earn @ 40% distance for the purpose of MQD's provided it's a published fare.

Yup, comfort is the discount biz fare (I recently did a flight to EZE and double checked that it was actually biz, which it is). You get the distance x 40% for MQD calculations. MQM is 150% miles flown
