No comment finding out your wife is going to Iceland via FT? BTW, you are going too.

I have mixed feelings about a married couple (I think) discussing Iceland on Valentine's Day.

Yes. The four of us are going. They'll head out here the day before we leave. We'll all take the train to JFK the day of the flight.

So, on my trip home from India, I flew a AF from Bangalore to CDG. Although the plane was worn, I really liked the seating configuration on the 777. I particularly liked the little cubbie where I could store my headphone case, wallet, passport, etc. Super convenient. And, the footwell space and seat width for sleeping was very comfortable. Why doesn't Delta have the cubbie, FAA regulations?

My CDG to BOS DL metal flight was not as nice. Boeing 767-3P6 Delta one seats are very narrow, the footwell in the recline position is tiny and the IFE screen is tiny (almost B6 sized). And honestly, the chicken/bacon/pasta meal was not very good, though the desert and service were lovely.

But, I am home with 30k more miles in the bank. Not bad for a 4 day business trip.

The air on planes can be pretty dry, but not so much that I would call it a desert. And if they deserted you, how could you consider the service to be lovely?.

I thought the bonus referred to Mr. Kipper being back home.
