It wouldn't have been a good day for the pig.

Market B-B-Q (old traditional small local chain) in Minneapolis is pretty decent, at least for the location close to downtown (roughly 15th and Nicollet) and it stays open very late. However, I haven't tried to go recently and IIRC some of their locations were closed within the last few years.

There's a big difference between decent and amazing.

I'm comparing them to Dreamland as well as some places on the BBQ trail outside of Austin that were chosen by Starwood Lurker.

I haven't been there, although I wouldn't use decent to describe what I"m looking for in regards to BBQ. Saucy, juicy, BBQ meat food porn should not be described as decent.

Haven't been here yet but want to give it a go. Tried Beast Barbecue in Northeast Minneapolis a few months ago and it was decent too.

Sorry, no pictures so stop salivating, although someone might have posted BBQ porn in the thread from the (first or second?) Austin DO, the one that included a breakfast visit to the Starwood call center for Plats.

LOL, I'll just keep planning trips to the South for BBQ.

Happy Monday! Not so happy for me, however. I just called out from jury duty.
