Delta Availability not Showing on ExpertFlyer Anymore?

Question Delta Availability not Showing on ExpertFlyer Anymore?
Hi, I have expertFlyer subscription and can't get any Delta information for awards to show up, no matter what i try, and even after checking the same dates that I see are available on delta.com and also have confirmed are available on korean air partner booking site.

Can anybody indeed confirm that Delta no longer works on expert flyer? Or maybe there is something wrong with my browser/cookies etc, because the parameters on expert flyer look pretty straight forward...

As we wrote in our reply to your email earlier: As noted in the Award search, we only show low level/partner level award inventory, Delta.com doesn't tell you what level you are looking at. If you want help with a specific example then you should email us the flight specifics you are referring to.

11/25 - 12/4 lax to ogg shows round trip avail on delta on Korean air in economy but I get nothing when using expert flyer for that date or any dates


Tried many confirmed avail award dates but nothing on expert flyer.. using chrome... disable ad block?

Thanks for checking - looks like you were able to fix the issue with airport code OGG? I just refreshed and now I see the same N award avail in expert flyer that I was getting on Korean/Delta/Flying Blue

The alert fucntion hasn't work for a long time... you can full seatmap but the alert of a freed up seat doesn't work...

Yes it does work, the Seat Alerts work the same for all airlines, if the seat map for an airline works then the Seat Alert for it works too. If you have a specific issue then email us at [email protected] so we can look at the alerts on your account. It's likely they are not configured to alert for what you would like.

I don't check DL often, but I am not seeing any DL availability on EF, even revenue fare classes. Has DL cut off EF access again?

Working fine for me, desktop Firefiox.

Now I know why I did not see them before: Please note: DL flights will only show when DL is the only airline specified in the Flight Availability search.
