Skymiles not posting
I booked hotel rooms through Delta.com. Was supposed to receive double miles. I got credit for two of my hotel stays, but have not received credit for two other hotels. It has been over 8 weeks. Have called every phone number, posted through their customer service links and no one knows how to fix this problem. Have spent over 4 hours on this. Help!
BTW, I gave them my skymiles number when I booked so that is not the issue.

Good luck with those... Partner miles issues are the worst to fix. If it's not a lot of miles, it might better just to forget about it for the sake of time and your sanity.

If you met the qualifications (such as)
https://www.delta.com/content/www/en...rules.html/#em
- Mileage can only be credited to the SkyMiles Member whose name appears on the credit card used for the reservation. First and last name on credit card must match with name on SkyMiles account provided.

Wow... I'm experiencing the EXACT same thing, in fact I'm on hold right now with a Delta/Expedia supervisor who is calling Delta Airlines to try to resolve the issue. I've probably spent upwards of 3 full days dealing with this BS of getting kicked back and forth between the airline and the "partner" (who is actually Expedia). It's been 12 weeks since completion of the 2-week international trip and hotel stays -- we had 4 hotel confirmations, and exactly like your situation, only 2 stays had the SkyMiles actually credited to my account. Of course, the 2 that worked correctly were only for single night stays. The 2 that did not post are for a total of over 11K miles, so you can see why I am spending the time and effort on this. All 4 reservations had the same first/last name, had same SkyMiles number (in fact, booked from links from Delta.com) -- however the 2 not posting were booked with a different credit card. They have confirmed to me that this should not make a difference.
Wish me luck -- Expedia supervisor just referred me back to Delta (for the third time today) and gave me "different" phone numbers. Phone number just takes me back into the same Delta Airlines general phone system! :-( I'm fully prepared for Delta to tell me yet again to contact the "Delta" hotel provider.

Well, it is a significant amount of miles (plus I'm recently retired and I suppose everyone needs a "hobby"
)
Delta eventually pointed me to the website where you submit all the details for mileage credit, so we'll see. I tried this same thing over a month ago and never heard back -- they told me it should take 7 days. Yeah, right.

Need help with a recent flight that didn't post. The other week in a single day I flew: SLC-AAA-SLC-AAA. Don't ask why but I had a few things change on the fly for work. Each segment was on a separate 006 ticket/PNR. The last segment SLC-AAA didn't post. That segment was on a full B fare (hence I want the MQM bonus and the MQDs).
I waited 72 hrs and after not seeing it post I submitted it online for credit with the ticket/PNR. DL.com found it and said I couldn't earn anything due to reason code "O" which states "We're sorry, we are unable to fulfill your mileage credit request because we are showing multiple flights for the same route due to a flight delay, change or reroute. Please fill out the below Partner Flights and Other SkyMiles Partners section and a Reservations Specialist will review your request."
I called the DM line several times and got agents who just didn't understand my request. They kept telling me I already got credit for that flight (referring to the first SLC-AAA flight and referencing that flight number) or saying the same thing for the flight number I am requesting on a different day (I fly the SLC-AAA route often).
I finally got a DM agent who supposedly understood my request and said he submitted it to Skymiles. 4 days later still nothing.
Any advice on how to get credit?

There's apparently a system which auto-denies credit for flying the same route twice in a day, as it looks to it like an IROPS rebooking and assumes you couldn't possibly take both flights even if your BP was scanned.
A poster (SuperG1955, IIRC) did some MSY-ATL-MSY same-day turns back in January to maximize Diamond status and had a multi-week slog to get full credit (it may have gotten to the point where they were emailing BAS/E in order to get it manually credited).

If you look at post #20 in the thread that Zorak cited. I produced a spreadsheet with all of the pertinent information and also sent copies of the Individual postings from the Account Activity showing the Q status on the segments that hadn't posted but shown as flown.
