Made DM Showing PM

Made DM a few weeks ago, and on my first flight since making DM I am showing SKY and Platinum still, any reason why?

What do you mean showing? That's what your boarding pass says?

I would call Delta and ask.

What does your account say? In fact, have the flights that made you DM posted correctly? And have you met the DM requirements for both MQMs/MQSs and also MQDs or the $250,000 waiver (or do you have a legitimate foreign address recognized by DL)?

Also was this booking made with DL, and most important was original checkin with DL? If indeed online shows you're a DM at delta.com then tgey may need to remove your FF and reenter it.

As a DM you do not lose Sky Priority, you still get to keep it (it is an ST E+ benefit, i.e. DL GM and up all qualify). So there is no reason for the SKY not to show anymore.

I think OP means boarding zone. For a DM it should show PREM.

I think some of the regional airports and jets without any first-class cabin will only ever show SKY. Are you flying on one of those?

I've done BWI-JFK or the reverse a bunch and even on the CR2 the BP still says PREM.

... although to be clear, in addition to the PREM boarding zone, it does also say Sky Priority in the banner near the top (along with Precheck, and Sky Club if you have it) to indicate that you are eligible for those services at the counter etc.

I can’t recall ever having a DL BP *not* show PREM, in the app or on paper.

When i called in she (agent) was just as surprised, so much so she went through all my future bookings (lots of them ) to make sure all of them had me coded right.

For some reason this one reservation was sticking to me being a PM
