I've seen this before and it's a corporate status challenge offer. Completely against the terms of the offer for them to give it to outsiders and for you to buy it.

+1 Yup, I've seen the same promotion in my company portal.

Edit: Looks like there are listings for other programs e.g., UA as well.

Yes, maybe short hauls less than 1.5 hours each way. For these flights, F doesn't worth much anyway.
