SEA -> NRT
Noticed the price on this route dropped quite significantly. Any idea why? It’s more comparable to Various California Airports -> NRT prices. Did they add more flights bringing the price down? |
Perhaps you could provide some context? I see SEA-NRT from about $1200 roundtrip on DL which does not strike me as particular cheap. Meanwhile, SEA-HKG is going for as low as $600 roundtrip while the route is still around and I've seen it for as cheap as $400 at times.

If you're looking over the next few months, it could be that seattle is incredibly busy from early May until late August with cruise and holiday traffic. It should come as no surprise as the fall months roll around, that many seats would be opening up as the transient traffic dissipates. Which is probably why you're seeing a disparity in the pricing model

Now its $1000-$1500 for economy and $3000-$4000 for biz between now and December. The price was and still is roughly the same across all non stop flights (price fixing) between Delta, United, and ANA. Edit: Biz is Delta One in this context. |
