With the Great Digital Image Forensics Analysis complete, may I broach an actual ATL issue?

What is the deal with inoperable jetways? On each on my last three (2DL, 1WN) arrivals a jet bridge fail caused 25/15/40 minute delays.

At least for DL its not bridges failing, but crews not being scheduled right or just not caring. I have had this problem on DL recurring this year of up to 60+ minutes of sitting on the plane because a) no ground crew to get the plane at the jet bridge b) if the ground crew gets us there nobody to operate the jet bridge
