You can’t as there is no difference in the seating configuration. I believe most of Endevor CR9s are “next generation” but most of the SkyWest ones are older and not considered “next generation” and have the old, smaller bins. I was on a Endevor CR9 flight a couple months back that was a “next-generation” and the GA never made a formal announcement about needing to pink tag carry-on bags (the tags were in a bowl up at the desk, but hardly no one used them) and everyone else seemed to fit their bags in the bins just fine.
