DL1974 on May 5 was empty!!

May 5, 2018 SEA to BOS

Very light load. Maybe a quarter full. F is nearly full, but there are not many souls in main cabin.

The inbound flight from BOS was full.

Saturday is often a light travel day. (I don't think Cinco de Mayo makes much difference.) Moreover, this flight arrives very late in the evening, probably too late for public transpiration from the airport for most people. FC is likely to be largely a combination of upgrades and nonrevs, plus some cheap FCM offers.

There are 117 open seats, so only 43 total pax on the flight (737-800).

A Rabbi and Priest are sitting together on an airplane...

The Rabbi smiles with great understanding, looks at the Priest in the eye and says "It's a hell of a lot better than pork, isn't it?"

(Use Google if you want more than just the punchline)

Sounds like paradise. I can't remember the last time there was even an empty seat next to mine

As jrl767 points out above, public transpiration doesn't sound too good at any hour of the day!

Same flight attendants for both flights (BOS-SEA + SEA-BOS). We had some really good conversations throughout the 11 hours of MR (for me) - immediate turnaround.
