Are infant in lap tickets refundable?
We booked a business award ticket and added an infant in lap ticket for 10% of the fare. However, we may not make the trip and I was wondering if the 10% we paid for the infant in lap fare would be refundable. I expect to pay the award cancellation fees, but was hoping to have the infant lap fare refunded. Does anyone have any experience on this topic? Thank you all!
