Remember I booked this on DL.com, not on Westjet.com, so my only choices were the rows that I mentioned. If you're booking on WS directly, then I believe you are able to get pre-assigned seats for an extra charge!

You can't choose seats until check-in. Also if you have checked luggage you have to pay for it if WS is your first leg.
