No delta does not price match if the fare/miles goes down, but you can redeposit and rebook. I believe there is a charge to redeposit, but it is waived if you are a PM or DM.

You can call and have it reticketed at the current price, yes. Or, just cancel and rebook online yourself. Keep in mind that if you are not PM or DM, you will need to pay the change fee.

It’s not the status of the passenger but the status of the member from who’s account the miles originally came from that counts for waived redeposit fees. Also watch the 1/31 cutoff in case the member’s account will switch from PM or DM to GM or FO as of 2/1.

Question regarding pay with miles flights. I used PWM for JFK-CDG in May. I only paid $25 out of pocket and used miles for the remainder of the flight. I'm a PM. If the flight does down in price would I be charged a cancellation fee if I redeposit miles and cancel/rebook? Trying to see if tracking the flight price drop is even worth it.

Only way to know for sure is to consult the fare rules for the fare that you booked. If you didn't save it, well, ask DL and hope that they tell you the truth.

Depends on the fare rules. Did you save it (load it from the one screen that has that link before you book)? If not, there is no way to ever bring the fare rules up for your fare away, so you'll have to trust what DL tells you.
