They always had an excellent selection of newspapers, International New York Times inside of The Japan Times (English), the Financial Times, Le Monde, and various Japanese newspapers.

As a strange aside, I handed a NYT Sunday to my oldest children aged 22 & 18 and they were unable to to fold the section back correctly, I then mocked them loudly about about if they can’t handle a newspaper they could never handle a map....The younger promptly disconnected the radio wave internet thing and I’m now sitting in a Starbucks at 1am trying to a find a newspaper which is how I ended up here....so sorry if my punctuation and grammar is poor as the Commodore 64 I’m typing this on as a few broken keys

I can't speak for Commodore 64s, but I know a couple people over the years who have taken 1980s and 1990s Apple and Mac computers, gutted them and put modern components inside.

ATL T had only the AJC on Tuesday. Luckily I had already read the FT and NYT (snagged at the AMS crown lounge earlier)
But seriously, they should have a couple of national titles.

And I don't mean USA Today

On my last visit to the SEA club, they were out of everything except USA Today (ick) by 10AM. Pretty disappointing - I really wish at least one real newspaper was still available as long as eggs and hash browns are available on the buffet. I actually overheard another couple (obviously infrequent club visitors) surprised all the newspapers were gone - "All that's left is golf magazines. I guess their target audience just cares about golf rather than the news?"

Seems like the quantities they've reordered of newspapers are insufficient; I guess it's time to write in again. Sigh...

That, or go down the hall to the AMEX CL, or AS AL's [gasp]. They both have these into the night ^

Maybe we'll get more papers and more options with new signs saying "We've listened to your feedback and brought back MORE newspapers."

Well looks like more papers are back now. Saw USA Today in two recent SC visits now in addition to local paper and WSJ (DEN and JFK).

I noticed this as well on my last trip through SEA. Granted, I was there pretty early in the morning, but there were very generous stacks of the WSJ, NYT, USA Today and the Seattle Times.

As far as I’m concerned, I’m happy now. I do miss the Financial Times, but that’s just a matter of personal preference and I find the WSJ a perfectly acceptable substitute.

Recently UA In DEN has canned physical papers in their lounges. Looks like the same customers who suggested that move to DL are at UA now.

Love the papers at SC, keep them there!

DCA has had The Economist for several months now. Pretty cool.
