DL Flight 1375 "diverted" to MEM today then continues to ATL

Odd change to Flight 1375 SAN-ATL today; Delta website says it is being diverted to MEM, staying there for an hour and then continuing on to ATL but still arriving on time. This doesn't seem to be possible unless there's a hell of a tailwind today.

And it doesn't appear that anyone originally scheduled on 1375/1778 to go from SAN to MEM are being allowed to get off in Memphis but still need to continue on to ATL and then back to MEM on 1178...

Anyone know what's happening with this "diverted" flight 1375?

Perhaps because of the power outage in ATL?

According to flightaware.com, DL1375 landed at MEM at 2:53 pm CST. There is no indication that it has left MEM.

I don't think any of the diversions to MEM have since left.

ATL is still ground stopped, so nothing other than cargo & some general aviation planes are arriving. In other words, no commercial airplanes that were trying to get to ATL but diverted somewhere else have gotten to ATL yet.
