DL dropping LAX-YVR

DL is dropping LAX-YVR as of March 1st 2018.

Prob won't get done in time but the Westjet JV will fill that route back in.

When is your flight? It is still showing as operating seasonally beginning on April 19th. Agents can't do anything until it is actually pulled.

I believe Delta normally drops the ATL-BCN in the Winter, then resumes when cruise ship season gets busier. I fly this for work, and have to connect via JFK in the Winter.

Well, I sure wish they would. Flew SQ premium economy YVR-LAX-NRT, and the only connecting option was AC because AS required a double connect in Seattle that didn’t line up with the flight times. Would have much preferred to fly the Eskimo, if for no other reason than to get elite privileges and miles. I could see YVR-LAX being a useful flight if they manage to actually sign up any new international partners.

AC wasn’t awful - fortunately, it wasn’t a Rouge flight, and their A321 config is relatively humane. But it was definitely a shock to the system to be a nobody for once :P
