Mem to ATL, MD90 with new seats. Ipass app worked on first try, I'm guessing this is one of the 225 planes with the fix.

@teCh0010 Are you still getting the iPass app to work on your DL flights?

I just received an email from one of the top iPass techs who thought the GoGo patch was rolled out on almost all DL and AA aircraft in the last two weeks. He did not know when all DL and AL aircraft would have the GoGo patch.

However, when flying last seek OKC-ATL-MSY, MSY-ATL-OKC while I got the manual log in to work on all flights I never could get the iPass app to make the connection for me. This included two 757s, one 737, and one 717.

Was on AC flight yesterday. App still doesn’t work but manual roaming link works fine.

My office just ignited yesterday a vigorous discussion about issues with iPass.

Is it the case that everyone (on FT) can now simply use the iPass app when connecting to GoGo on DL flights? That is, it is no longer required to do the 'manual' login?

One should be able to login by simply using the iPass app - iOS or Android - when using Gogo on DL.

Do you not use the iPass app for hotspots and the VPN?

Currently on a DL 752. WiFi SSID is DeltaWiFi not gogo. Ipass app doesn’t recognize it but was able to manually login as roaming partner on website.

Currently on another DL 752. Same thing as last post. Most iPass app does not recognize and I have to use roaming link. This has been the case for years and not a recent development.

At least it is 2KU service so no complaints about speed.

Any recent experience with iPass in flight? On two AA flights recently both have iPass as partner but wasn’t not able login. Gogo/Panasonic ask me to reach out to iPass and iPass ask me to go talk to gogo/Panasonic.

That doesn’t appear to be the case.

Both gogo and Panasonic paywall have links to login with iPass.
