DL160 MX, but booked through Delta Vacations
We're still waiting in the cabin (returned to gate for a hydraulic issue they're hoping is the sensor). The FA Indicated that rebooking will be done while we are in the air after departure - but we booked with Delta Vacations. Is that a factor during IROPS?

No, during day of travel the same options should be available to you for IROPS regardless of how your ticket was booked - feel free to contact the phone agents, gate agents or use the web site in the same way you ordinarily would.
