Thanks for the heads up! Had been checking every few days, but now I can finally snag one of the even # window seats to JNB with the updated config.

What is the significance of even numbered? Aka should I be switching from a odd numbered premium select of ATL-JNB-ATL to and even numbered row?

I presume he is talking about up front in D1. With staggered seating, there is a difference between a seat and the seat behind it. One is closer to the aisle. Some (including me) have a strong preference to be in the window seats that are up against the window so I have more privacy when I sleep. Though some like the "outer" as it makes it easier to hide when they shave.

I am not aware of any such difference in any PE cabin.

Correct- Thank you for clarifying. Not a huge difference maker, especially considering the added privacy of the "suites," but I prefer being flush against the window.

Booking a flight in June that involves a CDG-ATL segment on a 777. DL is not offering PS for sale (inventory zeroed out), any chances they will offer a buy up after booking?

Anyone know if the PS bulkhead seats in row 20 has extra legroom like on the Airbus? Going to Japan and will be 25 weeks pregnant; was hoping to use the extra room to stack our bags after takeoff to use as leg rest >_< Seatguru says these seats have less legroom???

I wouldn't count on it. I had a travel agent book flights with the Delta 777 between ATL and CDG. I couldn't book what I wanted online in PS. Agent was able to book it and the connecting flights in PS (C+ and economy for the connecting segments.)

This is my case as well. I am connecting from a codeshare intra-Europe to CDG-ATL and then ATL-DCA. C+ is available but PS is not. Corporate booking tool is not showing any PS availability either.

Here is an image of it from the first retrofitted 777

Looks like an inch or two less than the A350 Row 20, but nobody reclining into you.
