Hi fellow Ft'rs,

Wanted to pass along a helpful tip for those with current "pending" appointments with Global Entry. The website has changed from: https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/ -to- https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/

I signed up for Global Entry back in July 2017 and had to move my appointment a couple times (due to business travel). I needed to check my GOES member account to validate my appointment time. The website redirected me to the new website called "Trusted Traveler Program".

Once you land on the new website, you need to enter your PASSID from the old website and follow more instructions (including creating a new password). When I went to my appointment I mentioned to the TSA interviewer that the change in the website was a bit confusing. He said he knew nothing about it and the government never tells them anything about the website.

Hope this helps someone in my similar situation. Interview went quickly and I now have my "Known Traveler" number & Global Entry approval.
