I think it’s Delta’s best value product offering. I flew DTW-NRT on it 2 weeks ago.
Hard and soft product are marginally better than VS or AF’s from the few times I’ve flown them.
I was able to get a fair amount of sleep during the flight, which I never do in the economy cabin on long-haul flights.
The AVOD is Delta’s second best display (presumably second to the display in the suites.
Meal service was as good as an average Delta One experience.
Flight attendants were attentative.
Lav access was relatively easy and there was little traffic through the cabin.
I ‘felt’ as good landing at NRT as a I did at LAX flying home in Delta One on a A330 through HND on the way home.
If anything, I fear Premium Select might be ‘too good’ as a product offering.
