An FA saw my KM tag and upgraded me to the cockpit. 
I have had a few FAs notice my tag before. A couple of them asked if they could take pictures of it. One FA talked to me about it before the flight and then during the welcome speech welcomed all the "Kryptonium, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Medallion members on board."
