Web Page Issues - Award Travel
Anyone having problems looking a award travel on the DL web page? I have been checking RDU to LHR for July 2018 travel. The last two days I get this:
Uh-oh! We're sorry, XXX. , but no results were found for your search. Some of our flights only operate seasonally or on select days of the week. Try using the nearby airport search or flexible date option. If you are still unable to find a suitable flight, please call Delta Reservations Sales at 800-221-1212. #101639A
If I look for flights for $, I get a list of 20 or more possibilities. Switching the search for awards gets me the above note.

IME only way to get VA seats is booking T-330 or at T-4 and less. Haven't had issue if willing to roll the dice and book last minute.

I've been looking at a simple Delta One award trip to London . . . .
JFK/LHR shows TONS of availability . . .
PIT/LHR ZILCH!

If people are booking away from AZ due to their bankruptcy problem, I'd expect DL availability to be lower than usual. On SkyTeam, the obvious alternatives would be AF/KLM connections through CDG/AMS.

Well, that's just silly! 
It's bad enough that we have to call to check GUC usage availability, but, for a simple, non-partner route with LOTS of options thru practically EVERY Delta hub?
Actually, if I needed to book it urgently, I would, indeed call, but, I'm just in the investigation phase at the moment.
I'm thinking of going to the Farnborough Air Show.

Delta One mileage booking fail
Tried numerous times with numerous destinations for the last 3 days on app, m.delta.com and delta.com - keeps erroring out with random errors. Is this just my device or is there a bigger issue?

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have a flight coming up on VS and I keep checking for G inventory to do a mileage upgrade. Until Thursday there was no issue, but this weekend DL is showing NO flights on ANY routes (including DL metal the whole way) with miles into LHR.

It's kinda funny - the last few tweets from @Delta basically said "No, we're not aware of any issues with our website." Clearly the different shifts on the social media team don't bother relaying anything to one another, and considering that this is now day 3 of this issue, I'm willing to bet they didn't actually let their IT team know about it - rather, that poor team is going to be in for a surprise come tomorrow morning.

Glad I came checked here. Having the same issue, although I am unable to see anything to Tokyo either, where DL flies its own metal.
Yes, can't see any availability not just premium cabins.

I thought it was just me going crazy. I was searching for flights from AMS that I knew KLM had. I could get it to come up in money, but if I hit miles, I would get that annoying 'uh-oh' message about how this flight doesn't exist. Glad I saw this.
