Did anyone else get this promo email? I did, however when I try to register for the promo it says I'm not eligible. Just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one having issues.

Yep - got the personalized email - clicked through. Entered my number and NOT ELIGIBLE.

Seriously Delta........ Is this bait and switch or are you just incompetent?

I also received the email and was unable to register due to being 'ineligible'.

They have been having IT issues all day like 20k SkyMiles RT to Hawaii awards and the medallion reps have a total new reservations system today I was told (by two medallion reps).

Someone posted in another thread that some (DM?) phone agent told them that a new computer system had gone live today, although they've been training on it for several months. IIRC this was in the context of someone trying to book an international award ticket with a 23 hour connection.
