I don't think celebrities are really different in this regard from regular people. Their rants - both the justified and the ill-advised ones - however catch a lot more people's attention.

Does Delta have a suggestion box? I'd like to suggest that they draft a written agreement so that every time some hollywood "personality" or political blowhard announces that they will never fly Delta again, the closest gate agent can quickly print a copy for signature.

Whenever a celebrity says something, I assume that the opposite is more likely to be true.

How does a thread that is focused on ridiculing a celebrity and her half-brained assertion serve, in your opinion, to somehow enhance the validity of that assertion?

How many posts have you made complaining about a random nobody's beef with delta?
