What can be issued on Delta Ticket Stock?
A quick question regarding flights issued on 006 Ticket Stock (since I have my status through Delta). Looking at purchasing the following flights (found with ITA Matrix): AF377, CX278, AF185, AF1240, KL6019. I also found this combination on Google Flights, and it says I can call CX to book, but what would maximize the number of Skymiles MQDs I receive? Could DL even ticket this at all, and if so, would I receive 100% MQDs since they are the ticketing carrier? If not, could AF ticket it, and then I would receive, according to the DL Mileage with Partners chart, 10% MQDs; and If CX issued it would I earn any at all? Thanks in advance.

You won't earn anything for CX flight. You can basically ticket just about any airline except for ULCC, LCC, or AA on DL stock.
For MQD the longer and cheaper the flight, the better to not ticket on DL stock. When ticketed on DL stock MQD is based on what you paid. When on anyone else's stock it's based off distance flown times a multipler based on coded airline and fare class.
For RDM, the same holds true.
For DL coded flights it doesn't matter.* When flight is coded as DL, it knows what was paid and thus RDM/MQD are per dollar even on non DL stock.
*exception being unpublished/bulk/consolidator tickets. Ie name your own price, etc.

One thing to be aware of is the fare rules. Some airfares have ticketing restrictions that limit whose ticket stock the airfare can be issued on. This is a separate issue from the interline ticketing issues mentioned by others.
