What is a Delta "IT" ticket?
What is an IT issued ticket? Anybody an idea?
I am Platinum medallion travel on a V-class ticket.
Yet Delta denies me comfort seating and eligablity for complimentary upgrade on Domestic because its an "IT"ticket.
I have no idea what this is. I have booked this ticket on the KLM website and its a full paid ticket.

It appears that you just requested a DL status challenge match. Has the challenge match actually been processed yet and is the system showing you as having DL Plat status?
What, specifically, is the route you are flying? Not all domestic routes are comp upgrade eligible. Also, C+ upgrades work just like F upgrades domestically. You can't simply claim a C+ seat because it is open (any more than you can claim a F seat simply because it is open). It's a separate fare class and there has to be inventory in the upgrade bucket. If the flight is close-in, there may not be available C+ bucket inventory.

Have you called and spoken with DL any more regarding this? If you purchased and paid through KLM then it should be a normal ticket.
Are they Delta flight numbers, or KLM codeshares?

KLM marketed flights, Delta operated. Contacted Delta, they were clear.. KLM sold you the ticket, go talk with them.. I think they are right.. Delta isnt to blame for this..
