Sky Club Access on Delta Connection Flights
 

Hi, does anyone know if you get access to Delta Sky Clubs on Delta Connection flights operated by ExpressJet or Endeavor Air through being an Amex Platinum or Delta Reserve cardholder? Couldn't find anything on their site

Yes you can access with no problem. DL Connection is the same as flying DL from an access standpoint.

Yes it qualifies. There's two types of codeshares.

The DL Connection flights are actual DL flights, that just happen to be operated on behalf of DL by a regional carrier. Thus why the planes are done to look like the mainline carrier. ie DL5722 is a DL flight that Compass flies on behalf of DL. Compass doesn't sell a flight and DL place its code on it in this case. Thus you get access.

This is different from the other type of codeshare where DL just places its code on another carriers flight. Ie DL1010 is really AF007, AF isn't operating a flight on behalf of DL. These dont qualify as they're not DL flights.

Delta Amex Reserve can enter when flying a DL/DL Connection operated flight (they are both considered to be "Delta") or a DL coded flight operated by any carrier. Plat Amex requires a DL/DL connection operated flight or a DL coded WS operated flight for entrance. Plat Amex has no provision for entrance when flying DL coded flights operated by any other carriers.
