I’m not a fan of the seat. I’m in3D. I find the armrest by the window juts into my back. I don’t find the seat comfortable for sleeping. The lavs are tight (both inside as well as the outside entry - as the aisles are narrow). Neither lav in the front seemed to lock easily. I’m sure that can be fixed.

Biggest gripe... They advertised new high speed internet. But it is spotty at best, and when it works it’s at a snail’s pace!

Do you prefer the A330 overall?

Maybe the Internet is slow because they made it free for the inaugural.

Ya this was my take too: free for everyone plus lots of media uploading lots of pics/vids. 2Ku internet should be quite good.

Thanks so much for the comments guys!

Hope you enjoyed! Sorry the updates lapsed in the middle of the flight, the internet got way overloaded.

It was an incredible trip. Delta's got a real winner of a product here I think.

Glad to see you enjoyed it MSPGabe, and I can't wait to see TPG's take on it as well.

With J being well outside of my price range, Premium Economy is what has me cautiously excited. Comfort Plus is a joke, so it will be nice to have something that is a little closer to my price range that is an actual step up from Economy, rather than 3 more inches of legroom for $100...

So where's the best seat in the house for us lowly Silvers flying in Y Main Cabin. I have a flight this December DTW-NRT.

The Points Guy says 40B/C/G/H and 41A/J
Objectively best leg room in Y

Caution on 41A/J, they look narrower than other seats. Could be just the picture though.

UA 77W vs DL A350 in Business

An interesting comparison between UA Polaris and DL One Suites. When it comes to hard product, beside privacy, OP says UA is better although it could be a personal opinion.

For those that flown on PS, does the 18.5in width feel too tight or there's plenty of room?

Someone should measure them.

Delta economy bulkhead seats tend to be about 1/2 inch more narrow to accommodate the fold-down AVOD screen and table under the arm rest. Because 40B/C/G/H seats are doubles in a triple area, Delta has a choice to maintain seat width. If so, these would be the best seats (even better if you are traveling as a couple). If not, you are sacrificing seat width for leg space. The 41J seat in this photo is probably a narrower seat because they would have to make the adjustment for the fixed arm rest.

It'll be a few weeks until I experience it but my biggest problem with economy seats is not the seat width but shoulder room. The PS seats have much greater shoulder room than economy due to the wider dual armrests. For me, this is much better than putting that extra space into seat width and leaving us with a single arm rest. In the second scenario, "wide-body" passengers would easily infringe on my personal space like they often do in regular economy. With the PS seat design, they can't do that because I can shoo them away from what is unquestionably my assigned arm rest.

I haven't flown on the A350, but my opinion is that the wider armrests are a great idea. It creates more of a private space boundary and it defines it clearer. These new flying sardine cans with the dense seating in economy wouldn't be that bad if people respected the "neutral zone" in between physical body parts. Unfortunately a lot of people do not.

so does the A350 have C+ or not? I know there was some debate around it earlier on but lost track where that netted out.

Great review/pics so far...
