Cannot manage my trip

Cannot manage my trip

I haven't seen this reported before, but my bad if it has.

After getting the check in notification I opened up the app to find that my reservation for my flight tomorrow - HND-LAX (DL6 5/8) is nowhere to he found. Checking on the full website I see the reservation, but when clicking to access it I get the "No reservation found with this information" message. The same issue occurs when attempting to pull up the reservation by typing in the info.

I can however check in on the full site, but it is requiring my companion to check in at the airport, and only allowing my to change my seat not his since I can only access the reservation via check in, not via the usual manage my trip page.

Has anyone seen this? Should I be concerned about my reservation?

Have you called the airline? They can answer this better than we can.

Contacted via Twitter, unfortunately I can't call at the moment. I was just curious if someone else had experienced this and if it seemed to correlate with any particular kind of problem.

Could be many things really. I've had similar on other airlines. Either call or get to the airport sooner. Good luck!

Docs issue maybe? From your recent posting history I know you guys just flew LAX-HND but maybe they didn't save his info or something. This is blatant speculation though.

If it's just an international calling issue, if you can find wifi somewhere then Skype or Google Hangouts Dialer is an option too.

I have not had the exact same situation but I have been refused to do online check in several times. In each case it was the result of my having been pre-selected for SSSS by the TSA.
