I noticed this around October. No availability on flights from Korea/Japan to CGK/DPS or even CGK-DPS. I booked a similar flight last year and availability was wide open. Then shortly after the previous posts made it seem only 1 seat being released, now its 0. Flying Blue has availability for some of these flights so not sure if DL or GA is actively blocking seats using SkyMiles. East Asia to South Asia is pretty much the only decent business SkyTeam redemption left and even that is starting to get blocked.
