Wife on way back from Europe need Platinum number for Delta
My wife is in route from Europe to JFK looks like her leg home has been cancelled due to the weather
she is Platinum elite ( maybe even Diamond ) I have been on hold trying to reschedule is there a special elite number someone could email me
that might work better than the general reservation number

FYI - you can call 800-221-1212 and enter the SkyMiles number for the traveler to be routed to the correct desk.
Also, if you call from a phone number that Delta has in the traveler's profile it will route to the correct desk.
