Delta App
 
I just book a flight on my smart phone using My Delta App. It knows me has my FF number, why then when I book the reservation it asks me my name and birthdate.

Probably, but the app never asks me for my birthday. On the other hand, the app has my KTN (Known Traveler Number) from Global Entry.

Dumb question, but did you maybe accidentally toggle the yes/no box that asks "are you [the one] traveling?"
