Delta Assist and JWDs

Is there any way to give a JWD certificate to a Delta Assist agent?

Just give them the cert number. It's all they need.

May be fun tracking the agent down since my conversation with him/her had to stop due to taking off and not being back on line for 8+ hours.

They usually "sign" their messages with their initials, so you could try to say "can you give this to XX" to whoever picks up your message. No idea how many people work that desk but it looks like I've gotten at least a dozen or so different initials in different interactions. Hopefully they're all unique identifiers.

Well, I replied to one of his/her messages and another agent said they would forward it on. Hope it gets to the right agent.

I doubt they are unique, but surely they have a CRM on their back-end that tracks who sent what.
