Anyone know what's up with the A350? Mechanical issue?
Not sure, but N502DN, scheduled to fly from ICN>DTW yesterday, was cancelled, so that leaves one short.

Thanks, I was half curious, half warning people that might be ignoring Delta's phone calls. It was a fluke that I picked up a random 1-800

Out of idle curiosity, how does that compare to what you paid for PS back when you booked? Do you get the $500 in addition to a partial refund?

From my understanding of what I was told. The voucher is for the inconvenience. In addition, the whole debacle is sent to a refund department to calculate a theoretical fare difference to process a refund. I don't know how that will play out. I probably will never know since this was booked for work in concur.
The Sunday flight took the 777, a part of me is still holding out hope that they'll be back to normal operation Monday. Im frustrated because I can't load a seat map and I don't have a 777 seat assignment

Does anyone have any info as to why N502DN went tech at ICN between arriving at 3.45am last Saturday and before its schedule departure back to DTW at 10.35am the same day? According to the usual sources it's still at ICN more than three days later! And FlightAware just updated it's ferry flight from ICN>DTW tomorrow evening. This might explain the 777 subs mentioned above!

And here's another one...earlier this morning, N501DN diverted from ATL>MSP en route to ICN, and just took off from MSP>ICN! Was this a medical diversion?

Well, I just got on the 777...has the older IFE too. They better not run out of Woodford. There is an A350 sitting in the gate next to me!

Yep, a lady had some chest pains. She seemed fine by the time we landed and got off.

Is Delta having 350 issues? just noticed DTW-NRT and DTW-AMS (132) keep getting switched to 777

For good measure DL132 has had 4-6 hr delays last couple flights

I am on DL 132 in D1 in a couple weeks...hope I don't have these problems

N502DN has had a few days off in DTW after a couple off in ICN, so it must be messing up the schedules. Would not expect it to last long.

When I saw the (Not 502) in DTW on Monday they had the starboard engine cowling opened up, working on it. Don't know if there is any connection there. I'd think if they were doing any significant maintenance they'd move it into a hanger.

*I know nothing about airplanes

Got a survey for an A350 AMS-DTW flight:

Were you aware that you could have purchased a Delta Comfort+™ seat for this flight?
o Yes
o No

Question: has anyone actually flown in one of the bulkhead PS seats (or know a review of someone who has)? Plenty of people have (briefly) tested them and declared them "amazing," but I have yet to see a review of a full flight spent in these seats; I'm just curious about how folks felt about the IFE, the placement of the AC/USB ports and the comfort level (width and legroom) over an extended period of time...
