mobile app and Delta.com down?
 

yesterday I was canceled on a flight and had to get rebooked.

Originally they just put me on the next day's flight but I needed to be at my destination on time and a day later was not going to work.

I was able to get an agent to route me over 3 stops to get me back on schedule albeit 6 hours later than originally planned, at least I will be on time for Monday morning's meeting

For some reason I cannot now see my flight on Delta.com nor the mobile app.

Is the APP and site down for everyone?

If not how do I get my details back on my flight?

I would call the DM line and ask them! That's what they're there for!

I kept getting error messages on the APP starting late afternoon ATL time yesterday and continuing through the evening. When I called, the DM line told me my flight was fine even though it said check in unavailable and nothing on flight status, seat map, etc.

What platform? Android? IOS? You'll need to be more specific.

The website, desktop and mobile are working fine for me. I'm an android user and the APP is up to date and working for me.

Well it turns out that I had two confirmed seats on my flight and those two seats were mucking up my reservation.

The DM agent removed the extra seat and all is well.
