Transferability of Delta Dollars
 
I received $900 voucher for being bumped. Now I'm told I can only use for my travel when my wife and I want to use the voucher for a trip to Jamaica. Can you use the voucher for you wife travelling on the same trip?

You can use the voucher for any booking that includes you. If your wife and you go to Jamaica and the total cost is $900 ($450 per person), you can pay for the whole ticket with your voucher since you're in the same reservation.

And...if you have status on delta, that status is also transferred to your wife... You have to call to book the tickets.

No its not. DL hasn't given status to companions in awhile. They do allow companion upgrades in certain circumstances to go by your status, but they don't get your status.
