I think the 20 minute bonus only applies to domestic flights.....

DL seems to try and resolve issues for elite customers at airports that have a long wait time for the bags to arrive at the carousel. MCO has this same exact setup; Carousel 30 is the SP carousel and carousel 31 and 32 are for regular customers

Speaking of long waits for bags.. Does anyone know if Delta is still offering 2500 SkyPesos for late bags?? I am flying NRT - ATL on tuesday.... and I could use the extra pesos to get my mother a D1 TATL for her 75th birthday (140k r/t BOS - FRA) |
To me, the arrival process at DTW is quite annoying. The Sky Priority carousel is great in theory, however, if the Sky Priority tag is accidentally ripped off you bag, which has happened before, you then have to go find where your bag is. I have had bags arrive at both locations. I also find it annoying that despite having GE, I still have to talk to at least one more agent, if not more, who may decide to pull me aside as they don't know/care that I'm GE. ATL handles this much better, and it's one of the few things JFK is actually better at. It's a bit annoying...

Was at DTW
With Delta One (first to get off) and go through Global Entry, there is a good chance one waits for luggage at DTW even with Priority tags. I am always waiting for my bag at DTW.
