If OP's sole question is about lounge access, the answer is "none." But, there may be many differences between these fares, depending on route. Fare basis (including the alphanumeric characters following) may affect critical issues such as whether a fare is refundable, merely flexible, and whether it carries penalties.
I also noticed that AA has recently started tagging its -UP fares with a disclosure noting that they may be coach fares with an upgrade and may be rebooked into economy with no refund due in what amounts to iRROPS. More than ever, it really does pay to read the key fare conditions and not presume that just because the last five of a given fare bucket were of some type, that the next one will be. |

One important difference is between the "Full Fare" and "Discount codes". Each cabin has one "Full Fare" code.
F is "Full Fare", and usually implies that your fare has some aspect of refundability/changeability without a fee. It also earns 200% MQM. G, A, and P are "Discount", are usually non-refundable and changeable only with a fee. They earn 150% MQM. |

Don't depend on fare class to determine refundability. The fare basis is what determines that. The first letter of that basis determines which fare class it uses.
