DL 6198 delay reason?

Anyone know or can find out why DL 6198 (LGA-STL) is delayed today?

My guess weather. There's a major storm front blowing by Chicago and moving Southeast.

Of course it's also Gojet, and those flights seem to always be the ones that get cancelled/delayed.

I think the official name is No-Gojet.

Agreed. I always try to avoid their flights, their dispatch rate seems to suffer a little too often.

The aircraft has already arrived at LGA. There are no ATC delays posted at LGA or STL. So guessing it must be mechanical or crew availability.

Crew availability is one more common problem with and reason to avoid Gojet.

Major disruption at LGA last night. Abandoned vehicle scare led to an evacuation of the terminal. That likely delayed the inbound . . .and that could easily have caused the crew rest delays.

I must have gone to bed early because I hadn't even heard about this! The article mentions it impacted Terminal B though, which is the one LGA terminal that DL does not operate from.

With GoJet, the equipment is often there, and either the Pilots or FA's are there, with the other missing. Nothing seems to go right for them, although they are often pleasant when my flight isn't cancelled or severely delayed.

Broken planes has been my experience with GoJet flying United Express flights. I recently book a one way award ticket for JAX-JFK. Since I am not that frequent of a DL flyer I didn't notice that the flight was operated by GO until the next morning. I called in, cancelled the flight and rebooked it to JAX-ATL-JFK all on DL metal.
