I have been dealing with DL on missing mileage on three different flights. Saturday was my breaking point have a robotic reply, as it was the 12th time with getting the same response. "Thank you for your information on missing mileage. The Sky Miles team is aware of a bug causing missing mileage. It will post in 7-10 days. As always we value your Gold Medallion Status". I kindly respond and told them they keep sending the same message and it doesn't post. Also at this point it's an empty promise.
